2010 is shaping up to be an exciting one for West Torrens and Charles Sturt Council areas with lots of opportunities for small business.
Soon we will be circulating information about a new program we will be running in March called Marketing Online - Practical Applications for Small Business.
Funded by the Federal Government through the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, with additional funds from the State Government, this heavily subsidized program will introduce participants to various e-marketing options.
Participants will have the option to attend several sessions on topics and issues that are relevant to them and their business. To reinforce the workshops each business owner will then be able to receive 6 hours of mentoring to ensure that they can develop and implement an online marketing strategy.
This is not a 'one size fits all' program. When participants have finished the program they will have developed a strategy that is tailor made for them and their business. If you are interested in registering your interest in this program give Debbie a call on 8159 8700.
If online marketing is not your "thing" then I am sure you will find an event or training opportunity in our new calendar of events. All of the activities we offer are specifically developed for small business and offer practical solutions to small business issues.
