Member Survey
Thanks to everyone who completed our recent member survey.
Like any small business, I believe it's a good idea to regularly find out what customers, or in our case members, think about the services we provide.
Asking for feedback from our customers, clients, members or stakeholders is one simple way we can check on the things we are doing well and more importantly the things we can improve upon.
We have started to analyze our survey information and are pleased that the vast majority of members are very happy with the service we provide. However that doesn't mean that there are not some areas that need improvement.
Also some of the ideas members have provided are quite exciting. In fact some of the things that have been suggested are definitely worth further investigation and over the next few months we will be looking at ways to include them to improve our services and delivery.
In the current economic climate no-one can be complacent about customer loyalty. So why not think about running your own small survey! Talk to one of our business advisors if you need help formulating a survey, you may be surprised at the results.
